| 英文摘要 | The asymmetric synthesis of the diene unit of methyl sartortuoate is described. A temperature-sensitive intramolecular Homer-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction was employed for the construction of the 14-membered ring. A Payne rearrangement of an 2,3-epoxy alcohol was utilized for the installation of the hydroxyl group at the C14 position of the diene unit. |
