| 中文摘要 | electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (esi-ms) was used to investigate the interaction of fangchinoline with g-quadruplex and duplex dna. the results showed that fangchinoline selectively bound to g-quadruplex dna. upon ms/ms experiments, complexes of fangchinoline and g-quadruplex dna underwent the loss of fangchinoline, suggesting an end-stacking binding mode, while complexes of fangchinoline and duplex dna underwent the loss of fangchinoline, suggesting the intercalated binding mode. |
