| 英文摘要 | Open System Architecture (OSA) supports the open platform and open APIs for the linked open data to integrated open data applications in the open science. This article briefly introduces the need and the benefit of OSA and analysis its basic on the hardware, the software and the network, and lists its cases in the military, aerospace, automotive, medical fields, then describes its functions for the libraries and information institutions, and our summary is the design principle of the OSA. |
