| 英文摘要 | Both the open platform and the open application programming interface (APIs) is the new way of the library data deliver for the linked open data and the open data integration applications in the open science environment. This article describes the end-user need and the practice of the open platform and APIs, systematically reviews the open system issues in the field of the library and information science, discuss the relevant policies include the license and the information content management. Final, our summary are two directions about the APIs standard and the user behavior in special area. |
