关键词In view of existence problems in present E-government information system E-government information system based on the knowledge management was supplied in this paper. And the overall construction design proposal of Platform was given. The characteristics of knowledge management and the function of each component in the structure is analyzed. An information recommendation algorithm is designed. The management organization mining personalized recommendation of E-government information are realized. Experimental results show that the platform has good scalability with the application value. 2011 IEEE.
