The general optical countermeasure simulation model is established by using photoelectrical countermeasure simulation test to conduct the estimation of countermeasure effect. The target-missing quantity of guided weapon and guided precision is designated as evaluating index. Whether the disturbing is valid or not is based on Whether the target-missing quantity is more than 3 times of normal guided precision without disturbance or not. 2011 IEEE.
