Firstly the memory allocation of TMX320VC5409 is described and the its assembly line operation is analyzed. Secondly the external program memory space memory structure and external data memory and program memory extension using skills are discussed. Finally the IS61LV12816 is taken as an example to design the external memory expansion of the hardware and software. The practice has proved that the mode has great flexibility and practicality.
