中文摘要 | YCa9(VO4)(7) crystal with high optical quality and dimensions of circle divide 23 x 35 mm(3) has been grown by the Czochralski method. Its relative efficiency of SHG has been measured by the Kurtz power method; the intensity is 4.7 times as large as that of KDP crystal. The optical transparency of the YCa9(VO4)(7) crystal has been measured, and the transmittance of the crystal in the vis-NIR regions is 70% above 420 nm, the absorption edge of the crystal was found at 360 nm. The results show that the YCa9(VO4)(7) crystal can be used as a new nonlinear optical material in the vis-NIR range. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
