中文摘要YF3 crystalline particles with different crystal structures and different morphologies have been synthesized via a simple solution route by varying the fluoride source (NE4F, HF, NH4F-HF) and molar ratio of Y3+/F- at room temperature. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS). (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V.
