| 中文摘要 | OH dopedandBi-richBi4Ge3O12 (BGO) singlecrystalsweregrownbyVerticalBridgman(VB)method.The structure of these crystals wasd etermined by XRD,and the emission spectra invisible and near infrared region(NIR)were measured at room temperature.The emission spectrum of Bi-rich BGO has extra peaks at385, 367 and 357nm, Bi-rich BGO after annealing in Ar at500 1C for5hshowsa significantemissionbandpeakingaround1170nmunder808nmlaserdiodes(LDs)excitation,and OH doped BGO shows anoticeable emission band centered at about 1346nm under 980nm LDs excitation.Abriefdiscussionispresented. |
