| 英文摘要 |
Institutional repository is a kind of a mechanism of and a platform for implementing institutional knowledge asset management. Developing policy-driven mechanism and technology infrastructure are essentials for building a successful institutional repository. Taking the deployment of institutional repositories in Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this paper discusses the issues in drafting repository policy framework and designing and implementing functions and services of an institutional repository. An overview of current deployment state of institutional repositories across Chinese Academy of Sciences is also presented. |
