| 英文摘要 | It is known that 11-C-substituted steroids usually possess much higher biological activities than their mother substances. In this paper six 6-alpha-substituted (1S, 7-alpha-S)-(+)-1-t-butoxy-7a-methyl-2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 7a-hexahydroinden-5-ones(4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11) were synthesized in good yields with high stereoselectivity. These compounds are good intermediates for the syntheses of the related 11-C-substituted steroids. |
