CONSTITUTION:A V-groove plate 6 for connecting an optical fiber is provided on a side wall including the waveguide end part of a rectangular through hole 5 bored halfway in a waveguide 3' on a substrate 1 and the optical function module 7 with the optical fiber is connected optically to the waveguide 3' through the through hole 5 by said V-groove plate 6 and a pressing plate 10. |
