英文摘要PURPOSE:To transmit output beams without interference between codes by a method wherein a circuit absorbing the high frequency current generated from a laser diode is connected in parallel with the laser diode. CONSTITUTION:Didodes D1-D4 and a condenser C1 stabilize the terminal voltage of a laser diode LD while absorbing high frequency current generated from LD as the main factor of interference between codes. A resistor R and a condenser C2 are shunt circuits to avoid resonance of high frequency generated from LD due to parasitic reactance resultant from the installation of LD assuring the matching capacity with an LD driving circuit over extensive band. At this time, the inversely biased diode 4 may be replaced with the condenser C Likewise the condenser C1 may be replaced with the inversely biased diode 4.
