| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To relieve the deterioration of the coupling efficiency by axis misalignment and angle deviation by fixing holders in such a manner that the imaging points at both ends of a coupling optical system holder align nearly to the joint surfaces of the holders. CONSTITUTION:The three holders 16, 22, 26 are fixed to each other in such a manner that the imaging points p1 at both ends of the coupling optical system holder 26 align nearly to the joint surfaces of the holders 16 and 22 or 22 and 26. Namely, the imaging point p1 on the optical fiber side of the coupling optical system holder 26 is so set as to align to the joint surfaces A of the holders 16 and 22. The coupling optical system holder 26 is fixed to the optical fiber sleeve holder 16 or the optical element holder 22 in such a manner that the imaging point p1 at the front end face of the optical fiber 12 aligns nearly to the joint surface A of the holders. The displacement of the imaging point p1 is decreased in this way even if the holders are misaligned from each other at the time of welding. The high coupling efficiency is, therefore, attained. |
