| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain always optical coupling efficiency with good reproducibility even if the attachment and detachment of the plug of an optical coupler and the sleeve of a receptacle are repeatedly executed by providing at least one fixing bodies which bring the front ends thereof into elastic repulsion contact with the outer periphery of the plug in the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral surface of the plug 2 inserted into the sleeve 9 is pressed elastically repulsively by the fixing bodies 5 provided in the sleeve 9 and, therefore, the plug 2 is supported at three points; a part of the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 9 and the two fixing bodies 5. A part of the inside wall of the sleeve 9 is always used so the reference for the fixing position of the plug 2. The plug 2 is inserted and fixed always to the specified position even if the insertion and removal of the plug to and from the sleeve 9 are repeated. The optical coupling of the high efficiency is thus obtd. with good reproducibility. Since the front ends of the fixing bodies 5 in contact with the plug 2 are smoothed, the outer peripheral surface of the plug 2 is no flawed even if the insertion and removal of the plug 2 are repeated. The fluctuation in the optical coupling efficiency due to in the surface damage is thus eliminated. |
