英文摘要PURPOSE:To make it possible to standardize a manufacturing process by mounting a heat sink made of an insulation material on an eyelet and implanting four lead pins whose heights are the same around the heat sink into the eyelet by way of an insulation. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink 107 is buried into a positioning hole 102 formed on an eyelet 10 Lead pins 103, 104, 105, and 106 are implanted into the eyelet 101 so that they may surround the heat sink 107. The projected parts on the surface of the eyelet 101 for each lead pin 103, 104, 105, 106, that is, the heights of the parts defined as a lead terminals is the same. The respective lead pins 103, 104, 105, and 106 are electrically insulated from the eyelet 10 A semiconductor laser diode 111 is mounted with an LD metalizer 108. A monitor diode (PD element) 112 is mounted on a PD metalizer 109.
