CONSTITUTION:Since an opening inclined to a bottom is formed on the upper surface of an eyelet 6, a sidewall formed perpendicularly to the bottom has a different height. A laser element 1, a monitor element 3 and leads 16, 16 are provided in the recess vessel of the eyelet 6 surrounded by such a sidewall.
