| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To simultaneously and three-dimensionally adjust the tip of an optical fiber, and to execute the positioning adjustment of the tip of the optical fiber and the photoelectronic device with high accuracy and in a short time by structuring the device so that a fiber guide for holding the optical fiber comes into contact with the tube inside peripheral surface of a connecting body through a spherical part. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a connecting body 4 consisting of a tubular body, a light emitting device fixed to one end side of this connecting body 4, and a fiber guide 2 which holds an optical fiber 1 in the center part, and also, is fixed to the other end side of the connecting body 4, the connecting body 4 side becomes the tube inside peripheral surface, and the fiber guide 2 side becomes a spherical surface inscribed to the tubular body. Accordingly, in an optical coupling work of the optical fiber 1 and an opto- electronic device 3, by sliding and adjusting the guide 2 in the tubular body center axis direction (Z direction) of the connecting body, the position adjustment in the optical axis direction in the tip of the optical fiber 1, and also, the inscribed guide 2 can be rotated and adjusted in the vertical direction (X-Y direction) to the optical axis. |
