| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the photosemiconductor coupler by separating a fiber side and a lens side by a pressure spring interposed between the flange part of a ferrule and the inside of a coupling holder. CONSTITUTION:The pressure spring 16 is provided between the flange 10a of the ferrule 10 and the internal surface upper part of the coupling holder 15 and the pressure spring 16 operates by the clamping between the coupling holder 15 and the screw of a sleeve 14 to bring the ferrule 10 into contact in a stable state. Then a 1st lens and a 2nd lens 6 are optically adjusted and a cap 5 and a 2nd lens holder 7 are welded with a YAG laser to assemble an assembly A; and the coupling holder 15 and sleeve 14 are coupled threadably and the ferrule 10 is inserted until it enters into contact to a 3rd lens 8 fitted in a 3rd lens ferrule holder 13 to assemble an assembly B, thereby adjusting three axes optically. Consequently, the coupler is simplified and reduced in size. |
