| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by connecting an element holder to a fiber holder where an external cylindrical coupling part is so formed as to closely engage the coupling part of the element holder. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of the element holder 4 is precisely machined into a cylindrical shape. The fiber holder 9 has a through hole consisting of a small-diameter part and a large-diameter part and the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter part which is provided at the lower part is precisely machined; and the external diameter R1 of the cylinder part of the element holder 4 and the internal diameter R2 of the cylinder part of the fiber holder 9 are precisely machined for the close fitting. Then the cylinder part of the element holder 4 is fitted closely onto the inner peripheral part of the fiber holder 9 which is precisely machined centering on the axis of the optical fiber. Consequently, their optical axes need not be adjusted and the cost is reducible. |
