| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve frequency characteristics and response characteristics of piezoelectric element and to simplify the structure by applying a vibration suppressing member onto the back of the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A vibration suppressing member 103 is bonded, over the entire surface thereof, to a mirror supporting member 102. A rotary member 101 clamps the mirror supporting member 102 and the vibration suppressing member 103. The mirror supporting member 102 is composed of a bimorph piezoelectric board so that the end thereof is displaced upon application of a voltage in the direction of an arrow (i). The end of the mirror supporting member 102 is further inserted into a U-groove in a bonding table 104 so that a mirror 56(57) is held through the bonding table 104. In an optical space transmitter body, a driving signal is applied on the mirror supporting member 102 to displace the mirror 56(57) and the irradiating position of light beam is corrected by displacing the mirror 56(57). |
