CONSTITUTION:A joining section 11a composed of a material having small thermal expansion coefficient difference with a semiconductor laser 2 and a heat dissipating section 11 constututed of a material having excellent thermal conductivity are provided, and said joining section 11a and said heat dissipating section 11 are organized integrally so that said joining section 11a and the semiconductor laser 2 are connected thremally. |
