| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor laser unit which enables an optical system of a three-beam system optical pick-up to be further compact and light. CONSTITUTION:A submount 3 is mounted onto a substrate (substrate) 2, an LD chip 9 is bonded onto the submount 3, and a diffraction grid 15 is fixed to the substrate 2 at a specified angle in a laser light path from the LD chip 9. When a laser beam from the LD chip 9 is transmitted through the diffraction grating 15, the laser beam becomes a main beam and two sub-beams. |
