| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To enhance a bonding strength and to reduce an irregularity between photodetectors by a method wherein, in a state that a solder material has been melted, the photodetectors are moved. CONSTITUTION:Photodetectors 13A, 13B are held by using a vacuum chuck 16 or the like; they are moved to a position to be bonded on a stem 15. The bonding position is decided in such a way that the light-emitting point of an already mounted semiconductor laser is used as a reference. At this time, the photodetectors 13A, 13B are brought into slight contact with the stem 15. Then, the stem 15 is heated; an In solder is melted. When a solder material 12 has been melted, the photodetectors 13A, 13B are vibrated slowly inside a bonding face. The stem 15, the photodetectors 13A, 13B and the solder material 12 are matched well. After the photodetectors 13A, 13B have been vibrated for several seconds, the position of the photodetectors 13A, 13B is adjusted. Thereby, a bonding strength is enhanced, and an irregularity between the photodetectors 13A, 13B can be reduced. |
