| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a laser diode coupling device which is improved in wettability by providing a metallic plate and generates a stable light output even in a long-period reliability test. CONSTITUTION:The metallic plate 19 of the same material with a substem 4 is soldered to the surface 3 of a thermoelectric cooling element with Ag so as to solder the substem 4 so the thermoelectric cooling element 3. Then the metallic surface 19 and substem 4 are joined by using solder such as In-Ag. Further, a groove may be provided on the metallic surface 19 and a current may be supplied so as to heat the metallic surface. |
