| 英文摘要 | The aim of the invention is to embody a radiation source, the power of which may be adjusted, as a diode laser arrangement, whereby various types of cooling can be applied and the configuration of the radiating field can be made suitable for various applications in a simple manner. Said aim is achieved whereby each diode laser row (1) is connected to a thermal contact surface (2) on a separate heat-dissipating support (3) which is fixed to a cooling surface (5) of a common cooling element (6) in an electrically insulated manner. The supports (3) are arranged adjacent to each other such that the linear emission regions of the diode laser rows (1) are adjacent in a row and the p-n transition planes run parallel to the thermal contact surfaces (2). The diode laser arrangement is particularly suitable as a light pump source. |
