英文摘要 | The optical coupling element (310) is intended to be fitted to a light source having a transmitting surface in order to produce a beam with a large aperture in one of the dimensions of the light source transmitting surface. The optical element (310) has an input surface (317) which has a first dimension which is greater than that of the transmitting surface of the source, which is less than the corresponding dimension of the output surface (318) of the element. The dimensions of the input surface and the output surface of the optical coupling element are such as to ensure that propagation is achieved by total internal reflection on the inclined surfaces (314, 315, 311, 319) of the element. This serves to reduce the divergence of the beam in this direction. |
