| 英文摘要 | An arrangement for coupling at least one first optical element (100), such as a laser, LED or photodetector, to a second optical element (2, Fig 5), such as a fiber or an optical connector, includes a flexible circuit (102) to support the first optical element (100), and a package (104) overmoulded over the flexible circuit (102). The package (104) is provided with a set of guiding features such a guiding pins (104b) as well as a moulded feature (108) in the package (104). The set of guiding features (104b) is suitable for accurately locating said second optical element (2, Fig 5) relative to said moulded feature (108) and hence to the first optical element (100 positioned on the overmoulded flexible circuit (102). The arrangement may comprise a window or lens (104a, Fig 9) or a plastic moulded lens array (120, Fig 10). |
