| 英文摘要 | Provided is a cured product having high hardness, crack resistance, and thermal resistance. The cured product includes a condensed silicone resin cured product and satisfies (1) and (2). (1) In the solid29 Si-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of a condensed silicone resin cured product, there is a peak assigned to a T-body silicon atom (silicon atom bonded to three oxygen atoms). (2) In the Kratky Plot (a graph plotting the measured value of small angle X-ray scattering of a condensed silicone resin cured product, with X-ray wavenumber as the horizontal axis, and the value of X-ray wavenumber squared multiplied by scattering intensity, which is obtained by subtracting air scattering from measured scattering intensity, as the vertical axis), parameter dMax, obtained via equation (A) from wavenumber qMax at the maximum peak position within the X-ray wavenumber range of 0.01-0.17 Å-1, is 170 Å or less. dMax=2π/qMax (A). |
