| 英文摘要 | This semiconductor optical transmitter is equipped with a semiconductor optical integrated element (1) wherein a distributed feedback semiconductor laser (2), an electroabsorption-type semiconductor optical modulator (3), and a semiconductor optical amplifier (4) are optically coupled in this order and monolithically integrated over the same substrate. A direct current from the same electric supply terminal (19) is supplied to the distributed feedback semiconductor laser (2) and the semiconductor optical amplifier (4), and the value of the resistance from the electric supply terminal (19) to the distributed feedback semiconductor laser (2) is greater than the value of the resistance from the electric supply terminal (19) to the semiconductor optical amplifier (4). |
