英文摘要A laser oscillation device (1) is provided with: a plurality of laser modules (10, 11); a beam multiplexer that multiplexes optical beams outputted from the laser modules (10, 11); and a power source that supplies power to the laser modules (10, 11). Each of the laser modules is provided with a plurality of laser diodes (40), a cooling plate (41) that cools the laser diodes (40), a pipe through which a cooling medium is supplied to the cooling plate, a pressure sensor (27) and a flowrate sensor (28) that respectively detect the pressure and the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing through the pipe, and an adjustment mechanism (25) for adjusting the cooling medium to a prescribed pressure and a prescribed flowrate on the basis of the values of the pressure sensor (27) and the flowrate sensor (28).
