| 英文摘要 | Described are a photo detecting element, and a photo detecting device and an optical disk drive applying the same. The photo detecting element includes: a body; a photo diode which is embedded in the body and receives monitor light from a laser diode of an optical pickup device; an amplifying unit which is embedded in the body and includes a plurality of operational amplifiers differentially amplifying the output of the photo diode; an output port which is exposed to the outside of the body and outputs a differential output signal from the amplifying unit to the outside; and a terminal resistor which is formed between the amplifying unit and the output port and limits the current of the output signal. |
