英文摘要PURPOSE:To perform wobbling with self-exciting oscillation and to improve heat dissipation, by fitting a piezoelectric element at both sides of a metal-made cantilever having a semiconductor laser at the tip and coupling two piezoelectric elements with an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 10 is soldered to the tip of a metallic cantilever 30 via an auxiliary heat sink 20 Two piezoelectric element plates 60a and 60b are fitted to the cantilever 30, and an output of the piezoelectric element plate 60b is inputted to an electric signal amplifier 80 including a band pass filter 90, an amplifier 100, and a phase shifter 110, and the output is applied to the piezoelectric element 60. Thus, the cantilever 30 is oscillated stably with a prescribed amplitude for wobbling. The heat of the semiconductor laser 10 is surely dissipated through the auxiliary heat sink 20 and the metallic cantilever 30.
