英文摘要PURPOSE:To cause fine deflection of a fixed frequency for semiconductor laser luminous flux collimated by a collimating optical system, by giving a semiconductor laser stabilized mechanical vibration of a constant amplitude and a fixed frequency produced by self-excited oscillation of a metallic cantilever. CONSTITUTION:A metallic cantilever 30 on which a pair of electrostriction transducers 60a, 60b expandable and constrictable by electrostriction effect are placed is designed to drive self-excited oscillation. A semiconductor laser 10 is excited by the self-excited oscillation of the cantilever 30 in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis 140 of a collimating optical system 130 to collimate semiconductor laser luminous flux 120a so that direction of the collimate luminous flux of the semiconductor laser 120b can be deflected by a fixed frequency.
