| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To allow an electrophotographic copying machine which performs exposure by using a semiconductor to perform half-tone recording, by controlling a current through a resistance. CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 5 is exposed to light from a semiconductor laser 2 controlled on the basis of picture information 1, forming an electrophotographic picture. Transistors TR1-TR4 are turned on selectively according to 3-bit picture signals a1, a2, and a3 to vary the total resistance value of resistances R1-R4. Those resistances control a current supplied from a power source Vs to a semiconductor laser 15a, so the laser light output is varied stepwise to obtain gradations. |
