| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To form a laser printer which has preferable reproducibility of fine line with less reduction in the width of an image by composing a drive circuit which has a correcting current source by considering thermal time constant, thereby obtaining a constant laser light output. CONSTITUTION:This has Q1, Q2 which form a current switching circuit, a current source for deciding a main current IM and Q3, RE, R1, Re, C1 which form a correcting current source IS. Since the current IS varies the value by a video signal as shown by (f), and a laser drive current becomes like (g). At this time the thermal time constant of a junction case of the laser diode is equalized to the time constant of the R1, R2, C1 of the correcting current source, thereby maintaining the light output of the laser constant. |
