| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To enable easy replacement even when either one of components becomes incapable of use, by screwing a semiconductor laser element part to a photo-isolator part. CONSTITUTION:This laser device consists of the semiconductor laser element part 11 and the photo-isolator part 10: the laser element part 11 is composed of a semiconductor element 1 emitting light above, a submount 39, a mount 31, a magneto-optical crystal supporting base 32, and a screw section 33-a; and the photo-isolator part 10 is composed of a YIG34, a film 35 having the function of polarization, a permanent magnet 4 adhered to the YIG34, and a screw section 33-b. Then, the laser element part and the isolator part can be fixed by clamping the screw sections 33-a and 33-b with each other. |
