英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To attain a stable laser luminous amount of each level with simple constitution by allowing the output of an optical output stabilizing means and a storage content to set a binary level so as to attain laser modulation. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser diode 344 consists of a laser diode main body 259 and a monitor photodiode 260 being an optical detecting means monitoring an output beam strength from the diode 259. A high frequency transistor (TR) 258 being a voltage-current converting means 257 applies optical modulation to the laser diode 259. A resistor R50 is a current detecting resistor, a TR 258 is the 2nd current drive means to flow a bias current to the laser diode 259, an R51 is its current limit resistor and an R52 is a base current limit resistor for the TR 258. Thus, after the luminous amount stabilizing circuit is operated at its designated luminous amount, the result is stored in a sample-and-hold circuit. |
