英文摘要PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of accuracy by a method wherein the electric voltage proportionate to the light output of a semiconductor laser and the light output established standard electric voltage are compared to each other, and the electric current which is proportional to the charging voltage of integral measures, according to the output level of two values of a comparing measure, is supplied to the semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A light detecting measure 260 which detects the light output of a semiconductor laser 259, and an electric current-electric voltage conversion measure 232 which converts the detected electric current from this light detecting measure 260 to the electric voltage proportionate to the light output, and a comparing measure 234 having constant hysteresis characteristic, which compares the electric voltage from this electric current-electric voltage conversion measure 232 with the light output established standard electric voltage, are provided. Furthermore, the integrating measures R40, C70 which carry on charging and discharging at the determined time constant according to the output level of two values of its comparing measure 234 and a voltage-current conversion measure 257 which supplies the electric current proportionate to the charging voltage of this integrating measure to the semiconductor laser 259 are provided. Hereby, since output monitoring current of the semiconductor laser is control- led to be constant, the stabilization of the light output having very high accuracy will be contrived in spite of the temperature fluctuation.
