| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To control temp. with high accuracy by executing the power feed to a heater for heating a laser by on and off of pulse current conduction. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a temp. detecting element 26 is transmitted to a temp. regulating circuit 27 and the output of a power source 28 is measured by a voltage detecting circuit 29 and is transmitted to the circuit 27. The circuit 27 interrupts the electric power which the power source 28 impresses to the heater 25 on the basis of the two signals. The quantity of the heat to be generated by the heater per unit time can be decreased by conducting the pulse current in the stage of supplying electric power to the heater 25 in this case and since the generation of a delay in detection in the temp. detecting means 26 is made hard, the temp. ripple of the heater 25 is diminished. The temp. control with high accuracy is made possible by attaching the temp. regulating circuit to change over the ratio between the pulse on time and pulse off time during the conduction of the pulse current in accordance with the power source voltage to be supplied to the heater. |
