| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve genera-purpose properties by forming a light-emitting source by three laser chips and a supporter on which the laser chips are fixed, each bringing near and fastening several laser chip to three stepped surfaces on the main surface of the supporter and constituting a laser array. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 13 on which radiators are fixed in a package 12 consists of the rectangle of copper, silicon, silicon carbide, etc., and laser chips 15 are each fastened onto light-emitting element fitting surfaces 14 in three surfaces as several stepped surface in the supporter 13 so that beams having the same wavelength are emitted in the same direction. These laser chips 15 are settled to the light-emitting element fitting surfaces 14 so as to be brought near. Consequently, a laser array in which light-emitting sources are positioned at regular intervals on a straight line is constituted, and laser beams 3 in three bundles projected from the laser chips 15 are projected separately to respective dot 9, 10, 11 in A, B and C when laser beams 3 in three bundles are diaphragmed to a drum surface in a photosensitive drum 8. When the light- emitting device is used as a light-emitting source for a laser beam printer, multi-color printing by the laser beam printer is enabled. |
