| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To make a titled device immune from return light noise by converting a laser beam to a multi-mode, irrespective of a distance between a semiconductor laser element and an object to be read. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam from one end face 1a of a semiconductor laser element 1 is diffused toward an optical disk from a window 17 which has been formed in a casing 15. A laser beam from the other end face 1b of the semiconductor laser element 1 passes through lenses 9, 10, and it is radiated toward a photodiode 18 for attaining a function as a reflecting mirror, which is attached to a housing 15. On the surface of the photodiode 18, an SiO2 film whose thickness has been adjusted in order to determine the return light quantity is formed. An output of the photodiode 18 is provided to a controlling circuit 20, and this controlling circuit 20 is operated so that an oscillating operation of the semiconductor laser element 1 is stabilized. |
