| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser light source for plural beams by providing a feedback circuit for resetting an optical output to a value which is set in advance, on at least one driving circuit of a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:An optical output P of a semiconductor laser 21 is adjusted by a voltage V1 of one input terminal 25 of a differential amplifier 23, and voltages of an output terminal 24 of the amplifier and the other input terminal 26 become V0 and V1, respectively. In such a state, the optical output of the laser 21 whose threshold current is varied by the adjacent semiconductor laser or a disturbance such as an ambient temperature variation, etc. is varied to P+DELTAP, and an optical power which is made incident on a monitor use detector 22 is also varied. In accordance with it, the voltage of the input terminal 26 of the amplifier 23 goes to V1+DELTAV. This amplifier 23 is operated so that the voltage of the terminal 26 becomes V1, and the voltage of the terminal 24 becomes V0-DELTAV. Accordingly, the optical output of the laser 21 is reset to the value P, the optical power which is made incident on the detector 22 also goes to an initial state, and the optical output P of the laser 21 is maintained stably. |
