| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To keep the temperature of a semiconductor laser at a fixed value at all times regardless of the frequency of driving pulses, and to prevent mode- hopping positively by overlapping a high-frequency pulse row, a duty thereof is reduced gradually during the OFF of the driving pulses of the semiconductor laser or ON thereof. CONSTITUTION:When pulse signals are inputted to a differentiation circuit 12 from a driving-signal generating circuit 11, the fall of the signals is detected, and a negative trigger is inputted to a pulse generating circuit 13. High-frequency pulse rows, a duty thereof is reduced gradually, are outputted from the pulse generating circuit 13, and begin to be overlapped to a section where the pulses of signals outputted from the driving-signal generating circuit 11 area t OFF. When the next pulses are generated, the rise of the pulses is detected by the differentiation circuit 12, a positive trigger is generated, a gate 14 for the pulse generating circuit 13 is closed, and an output from the pulse generating circuit 13 is interrupted. Accordingly, high-frequency pulses are not overlapped during the period of ON of pulses. |
