| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reducet the sizes of various printers by forming semiconductor light emitting elements integrally with a substrate on a flat plate or a curved plate having a smooth surface, and applying lighth information to a recording medium thereby compactly forming a light printer head. CONSTITUTION:Smooth flat or curved surface of a glass or ceramic material is used as a substrate 101 of a semiconductor printer head, and thin film light emitting semiconductor 102 are arranged in an array to independently emit lights so that one section corresponds to one picture element. The semiconductors 102 are driven by a driver array 103. The semiconductors 102 and the arrays 103 are divided into two sets of odd Dr..Drn and even Dr1'...Drn', and wired. Rod lens arrays 105 are associated with the semiconductors 102, luminous fluxes 106 from the arrays 105 are applied to the lens arrays 107 corresponding to picture elements to apply light information to the medium. |
