| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To stabilize the quantity of emitted light in respective light emitting sources regardless of a characteristic change due to temperature, etc., by independently detecting a part of light beam emitted from the respective light emitting sources in a light source array, and controlling independently the quantity of emitted light in the respective light emitting sources based on the detected result. CONSTITUTION:A part La' of a recording/reproducing laser beam La emitted from a recording/reproducing semiconductor laser 61a, and a part Lb' of an erasing laser beam Lb emitted from an erasing semiconductor laser 61b in a semiconductor laser array 61, are detected independently with a recording/ reproducing laser beam quantity monitoring photodetecting cell 102, and an erasing laser beam quantity monitoring photodetecting cell 102b respectively. Based on the detected result, the light emitting quantity of the laser 61a, and that of the laser 61b are controlled independently. Thus, the light emitting quantities of the laser 61a and the laser 61b can be stabilized regardless of the characteristic change due to the temperature etc. |
