Unnecessary high frequency components are removed from the output signal by a low pass filter 10 to be input to the terminal l3a of a switch circuit 13, and when terminals l3a, 13c are conducted, they are amplified to be input to an adder 12. The output signal of the oscillator 8 amplified by the amplifier 11 is also input to the adder 13, the output signal IL is input to the wavelength control electrode L of the laser 1 to control the oscillating wavelength. |
