| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To facilitate the control in order to obtain a prescribed optical output by using an optical output control means to control the input voltage of a voltage/current converting means which converts the current supplied to a semiconductor laser for control via the voltage and changing the function of said optical output control means and the variation value of the input voltage in accordance with the value obtained by a current/voltage variation value comparing means. CONSTITUTION:When the feedback control is started, the output of a current/ voltage variation value comparing means, i.e., a divider is amplified by an amplifier 29 and inputted to a flip-flop 28. When this amplified output exceeds a fixed level, the output of a PIN diode detector is amplified by an amplifier 3 and then supplied as the clock of the flip-flop 28. Then a signal is outputted to close a switch 30. When the switch 30 is closed, the feedback control is actuated to control the current of a semiconductor laser with the feeding current of a PIN diode serving as a photodetector. Thus the optical output is easily controlled. |
