| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To faithfully make a laser output follow a laser output target voltage by adding the output of a LPF to the target voltage, and driving a semiconductor laser with the added output. CONSTITUTION:A laser output target voltage 1 is applied to a LPF 2 and an attenuator 4, the output of the LPF 2 is added by an adder 5 to the output of the attenuator 4 through an attenuator 3, this added output is supplied to a laser driver 6, and a semiconductor laser 7 is driven by the drive output. Thus, the timing change of the laser output is removed by the time constant of the LPF 2 to obtain a laser output which faithfully follows a laser target voltage waveform. |
